About me.
My name is Kaci McDowell; I am a Cajun girl born and raised in southwestern Louisiana and earned my BA in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have called many places home: Lafayette, Houston, Washington, DC and Los Angeles, and have vast professional experience obtained by working in various industries from Capitol Hill to commercial real estate, banking, and assorted startups. I became a professional organizer while living in California and through my experiences with clientele from all over the country and all walks of life, I found enthusiasm in helping my clients turn their houses into homes.
I strive to listen to my clients and work with them to create solutions that are uniquely personalized to their individual lifestyles. I dedicate the time and energy necessary with my clients in order to clearly define their goals and bring them to life.
My intention is to enter each and every home with an open heart and mind, with empathy and never judgement. My objectives are to encourage my clients to let go of excess and decrease chaos in order to rediscover their true potential and promote clarity in their lives.
I founded Emerge in order to work closely with you to design systems tailored to your distinct needs, that inspire a nurturing and productive environment and are not solely based on the perfect social media photo. I aspire to equip you with the tools that you need to maintain and adapt these systems as your needs change and grow.
